Smartsheet reports require you to configure columns individually for each report — selecting which columns to show, in what order, and at what width. When building multiple reports with the same column layout, there is no native way to duplicate that configuration, so teams repeat the same manual setup from scratch every time.

Does Smartsheet have a way to duplicate report column settings?

What exactly is copied with the column configuration?

Grid Tools captures the list of included columns, their display order, and their widths so the destination report matches the source layout.

Will columns paste if the destination report has different source sheets?

Columns that share a name with the source configuration will be added and positioned correctly. Columns that do not exist in the destination report's source sheets will be skipped.
