How to hide columns in Smartsheet

Right-click the column header you want to hide.
Select Hide Column from the context menu.
The column disappears from view but remains in the sheet with all data intact.
To hide multiple columns at once:
- Hold Ctrl (or Cmd on Mac) and click each column header.
- Right-click any selected header and choose Hide Column.
To unhide columns, click the column menu icon on any visible column header and select Unhide Columns, then check the columns you want to restore.
